Refund policy

We apply a 14-day return policy, which means that you can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

To start the return process, you can contact us by email at ginanux@gmail.com. Please note that items must be returned to the following address: Užnerio g. 71, Kaunas LT-47491.

If we approve your return request, we will send you a return confirmation. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 12 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
